Dev as a Professional Educator

Course Description

A continuation of professional development for beginning teachers. Teachers will review their learning from their professional preparation program, explore professional standards for the teaching profession and design a growth plan to meet their needs and the needs of the students they serve. This is the first course for the Clear Credential program.

Learning Outcomes

  • reflect on teaching practice and plan professional growth and development activities for Clear Credential.
  • collaborate with communities, families and colleagues to improve professional practice
  • create well-managed, equitable and inclusive learning environments at a level appropriate to the CSTPs.
