Course Description
This course provides an overview of educational inquiry approaches. Students will select an area of interest and demonstrate research and evaluation competencies in completing an educational inquiry project.
Learning Outcomes
- Analyze research approaches, with a focus on: strengths and weaknesses, design focus, data collection methods, and analytical procedures.
- Evaluate educational research applying the principles of effective research design.
- Create a review of research literature on a contemporary and relevant educational issue.
- Complete a project applying the principles of educational research.
