Sustainable Innovation Applied Engineering

Course Description

Presentation of the concepts of sustainable innovation though culture, innovation network and leadership. Specifically, concepts such as innovation leadership are addressed. The focus is on innovation drivers and their implications in stimulating and managing innovation in the workplace. Relevant case studies will be used.

  • Analyze the competitive forces in markets and technology that hinders or stimulate innovation in an organization.
  • Create long term strategies for entrepreneurial success and innovation.
  • Evaluate and create organizational and engineering techniques to stimulate and manage sustainable innovation in the workplace.
