Enterprise Excellence

Course Description

Overview of statistical tools needed to measure business improvement related to sustainability. Step-by-step guide to develop and institute metrics for sustainability improvement will be provided. Enterprise excellence including process improvement analysis and management systems for business, industry, academic, government and military organizations will be covered.

  • Create standards for enterprise excellence.
  • Apply statistical techniques to make decisions regarding compliance with environmental/sustainable standards.
  • Analyze the impact of past management policies and processes through hypothesis testing.
  • Evaluate the likely outcome of proposed policy or management actions through hypothesis testing.
