Course Description

Coverage of three major tasks facing today’s product managers namely analyzing the market, developing objectives and strategies for the product or service in question, and making decisions about price, advertising, promotion, channels of distribution and service.

Learning Outcomes

  • Show project management issues related to product management.
  • Design and implement new products, brand equity, product management strategy, promotional activities, and financial analysis strategies as a product manager.
  • Show skills to manage culturally different and technically diverse project management professionals in a product environment.
  • Exhibit skills and strategies into successful management of products.
